You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia (or a jurisdiction where offshore betting is not explicitly prohibited) to register and use ink4d services.
Each player is permitted exactly one ink4d account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended, and any winnings or bonuses associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Misuse of bonus funds — including arbitrage — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
All financial transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via verified local bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Third-party payments are not accepted.
Players are responsible for safeguarding account credentials. Full KYC verification is required before withdrawal. Providing false identification documents will result in permanent account termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink4d holds its offshore gaming license. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration under internationally recognized procedures.
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ink4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the online betting and gaming services available at https://ink4d.cam ("the Site"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any service on ink4d. We strictly enforce this requirement in line with responsible gaming obligations. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 or older. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. You must be a resident of Indonesia or a jurisdiction where accessing offshore betting platforms is not explicitly prohibited by local law. ink4d operates as an offshore platform under an international gaming license; you are solely responsible for determining whether your access and use of the Site complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Players bear full personal responsibility for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. ink4d accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from a player's use of the Platform in contravention of local law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on ink4d. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household addresses — is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information when registering your account, including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID / KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. ink4d will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3.4 Account Currency. All ink4d accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The Platform does not support multi-currency accounts. Exchange rates and conversion fees are not applicable as all transactions occur natively in IDR.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ink4d currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following verified Indonesian payment channels: BCA, B RI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. All payment accounts must be registered in the player's own name — third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. Players are advised to check current transaction limits within their account dashboard before initiating a transfer.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are typically credited to a player's account within 1–10 minutes of successful confirmation from the player's bank or e-wallet provider. ink4d is not responsible for delays caused by the player's financial institution, network outages, or public holidays in Indonesia affecting interbank settlement (e.g., during Idul Fitri or Indonesian Independence Day — 17 August).
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by our finance team within 1–6 hours during standard business hours (WIB, UTC+7). Requests submitted outside business hours will be queued and processed on the next available working day. ink4d reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or high-value transactions.
4.5 Withdrawal to Own Account Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in the same name as the ink4d account. Any withdrawal request to a third-party account will be rejected, and the compliance team will be notified. Repeated attempts to withdraw to third-party accounts may result in account suspension.
4.6 No Fees from ink4d. ink4d does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which ink4d has no control or liability.
Note: During peak periods such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Chinese New Year (Imlek), interbank transfer times in Indonesia may be extended. Please allow additional processing time during these periods.
5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in each individual promotion. ink4d reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion, including players whose betting patterns suggest misuse of promotional terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 5x, 10x, 25x) will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for the promotion.
5.3 Bonus Misuse. The following activities constitute bonus misuse and will result in the cancellation of all bonus funds and, where applicable, any winnings derived from those funds:
5.4 Changes to Promotions. ink4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-term, any wagering progress already completed toward satisfying requirements will be honored on a pro-rata basis unless fraud or misuse is detected.
5.5 Mix Parlay Bonus Terms. Promotions applicable to mix parlay (accumulator betting) markets are subject to minimum selection counts and minimum odds per leg as stated in the relevant promotion. Legs involving voor bola (Asian handicap) markets may be subject to additional restrictions as specified in individual promotion terms.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. ink4d reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced (where late-bet detection applies), bets placed on odds that were published in error, and bets that exceed the maximum payout threshold for a given market.
6.2 Odds and Market Availability. All published odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed by the system. ink4d makes no guarantee of market availability for any specific event, league, or game. Odds accuracy is maintained to the best of our ability, but minor discrepancies due to data feed latency may occasionally occur in live (in-play) markets.
6.3 Payout Caps. Maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits apply across all markets. These limits are published on the Platform and may vary by sport, league, or event type. For BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and other major football markets, the applicable limits are displayed at the time of bet placement.
6.4 Casino and Slot Games. All casino games, slot titles, and live dealer content are provided by certified third-party software providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe). Each game's RTP (return-to-player) percentage and rules are governed by the provider's own certified game logic. ink4d does not alter game outcomes in any way.
6.5 Togel Markets. ink4d offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets for players who enjoy this format. Togel draw results are sourced from certified international number pools. Results are published within the Platform and are final once confirmed by the source provider.
6.6 Live Cockfighting (Sabung Ayam). Where sabung ayam (live cockfighting) markets are available, results are determined in real time via live video stream. In the event of a technical disruption affecting the live feed, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned. Bets on Meron (the favored bird) and Wala (the underdog) are settled according to the official match result as confirmed by the stream operator.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ink4d. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
Zero Tolerance: ink4d maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward money laundering. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities under international anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. Player funds identified as proceeds of crime will be frozen and may be confiscated.
8.1 When KYC is Required. KYC verification is mandatory before a player's first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at ink4d's discretion, including during routine compliance audits or where unusual account activity is detected.
8.2 Documents Required. Players will be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:
8.3 Verification Timeline. ink4d will review submitted KYC documents within 1–3 business days. Players will be notified by email of the outcome. Withdrawals remain on hold until verification is successfully completed.
8.4 Consequences of Failed Verification. If a player is unable or unwilling to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe, ink4d reserves the right to restrict account functionality. Where fraud or identity falsification is detected, the account will be permanently closed and any balance may be forfeited.
9.1 Commitment. ink4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. We believe gambling should be a source of entertainment, not a cause of harm. We actively encourage players to engage with our responsible gaming tools and to seek help if gambling begins to affect their well-being.

10.1 Ownership. All content on the ink4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, software, text, graphics, data feeds, odds compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ink4d or its licensors. No portion of this content may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, or transmitted in any form without prior written consent from ink4d.
10.2 Prohibited Use. Players may not use ink4d's brand name, trademark, logo, or any proprietary content for commercial purposes, in social media profiles, or in any third-party application or service without written authorization. Unauthorized commercial use of ink4d intellectual property constitutes an infringement and will be pursued accordingly.
10.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, Pocket Games Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to ink4d for use on the Platform. Players may not record, stream, or commercially exploit game sessions without the express permission of the relevant content provider.
11.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. ink4d provides a platform for sports betting and gaming. We make no guarantee, express or implied, that any player will profit from use of the Platform. All betting and gaming involves risk, and players may lose funds wagered.
11.2 Technical Failures. ink4d will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures, including but not limited to server outages, data feed errors, delayed live-bet acceptance, or payment processing interruptions, provided that ink4d takes commercially reasonable steps to restore service as quickly as possible.
11.3 Force Majeure. ink4d shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure is caused by a Force Majeure event, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, cyber-attacks, or major telecommunications failures.
11.4 Maximum Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ink4d's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.5 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ink4d, its directors, employees, and service providers from any claim, loss, damage, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
12.1 Voluntary Closure. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment account after all pending wagers are settled, provided KYC has been completed.
12.2 Termination by ink4d. ink4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
12.3 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of this Agreement, ink4d reserves the right to withhold any or all balance pending investigation. In cases of confirmed fraud, the entire balance may be forfeited. Where termination is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned within 7 business days.
13.1 Right to Amend. ink4d reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date visible at the top of the document.
13.2 Notification of Material Changes. Where a change materially affects players' rights or obligations, ink4d will endeavor to notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13.3 Player Responsibility. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. ink4d is not obligated to individually notify every registered player of minor clarifications or non-material amendments.
14.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all disputes arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ink4d holds its offshore gaming license. The Platform operates under internationally recognized gaming regulatory frameworks and is committed to full compliance with its license conditions.
14.2 Dispute Resolution Process. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact ink4d's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. The majority of disputes relating to account management, payment processing, and game outcomes are resolved at this stage within 5 business days.
14.3 Formal Arbitration. If an informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration procedures. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
14.4 No Class Actions. You agree to resolve disputes with ink4d on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration proceedings against ink4d.
